Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Escape the hustle and bustle in this stylish B&B surrounded by greenery. Enjoy views of meadows, woods and trees. Relax in the private sauna or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (seasonally open daily in blocks of 2–3 hours by appointment). The pool will be closed from September 5, 2025. We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Our beautiful, light-flooded attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With its 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and want to walk from here to the city center in 15 minutes. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "Fietse"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute away on foot. Smoking is prohibited!

(M)EINraum cozy one-room apartment

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Treehouse Goldsworthy

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

On 50 m² you will find on the 2nd floor a cozy atmosphere with 1 bedroom (2 beds) and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. An open, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a terrace in the garden with a bicycle shed complete the picture. Important points of contact are nearby. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Whether cycling vacation, visiting family/friends or on business; Bocholt is worth a trip.

Guesthouse de Grenspeddelaar

Right across the border from Woold-Barlo is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of it is a shop and gas station, which is where it all started. Meanwhile, the gas station is unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guest house. The Grenspeddelaar is located in a special place: there is sometimes commotion, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, holidaymaker or passerby is welcome!
