Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

Ditch Studio is a self contained, contemporary extension to an 18th century workers cottage on the Henham estate ( home to Latitude festival ). A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.

This picturesque Victorian villa has been used by our family as a holiday bolthole for 20 happy years. It has everything: space, a wonderful location and room for six people (and their dogs). The property was fully refurbished five years ago, although you do not need to treat it with kid gloves. It is a lived-in family house that is just a suited to families as it is groups of friends.
