In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Location near Murnau. The sanitary facilities are located including washing machine in the annex. A shared kitchen is available for courtyard guests in the main building. The Riegsee can be reached on foot within 10 minutes including small economy, as well as kiosk. The Sindelsdorf motorway exit (A95) is about 8 min. by car from the property. Fire bowl,barbecue, parking space as well as a seating area in the adjacent garden are available. PS: Additional sleeping places are available in the courtyard.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials.
