Welcome to our dollhouse! The apartment covers 35 square meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters, so is rather less suitable for tall people. In addition, it has a furnished terrace to enjoy the balmy summer nights. Rommelsbach is a quiet suburb of Reutlingen. With the city bus you are quickly in the city center (about 10 minutes). But not only in Reutlingen, but also in the neighboring town you can shop until the credit card glows: The "Outlet City" Metzingen can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The Swabian Alb biosphere reserve also invites you to enjoy hiking and nature. We ourselves are an open, nice family with two children, are always ready to give information about the environment and also like to have a chat.

The 2.5-room attic apartment on the 1st floor (60 sqm) is located between Reutlingen, the university city of Tübingen and the outlet city of Metzingen. It is the starting point for hikes and bike tours (e.g.: Swabian Alb and Neckar Valley) and for shopping enthusiasts, the city of Metzingen with Germany's largest outlet offers a very special shopping experience (information material in the apartment). There are two bakeries in the village. Supermarket, butcher, pharmacy are in the neighboring town of Rommelsbach, about 2 km away.

Very bright 2-room apartment at the foot of the Achalm overlooking the garden and the Schönberg. The bedroom with a queen size box spring bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed, TV, WiFi and a game cabinet. If necessary, an office chair for working. In the small kitchen you will find everything you need. The house is in a quiet location with a very large garden. A parking space for the car is available. It is about 1.5 km to the city center, 200 m to the nearest bus stop & supermarket.

It has 3 bedrooms 2 x box spring bed 180x200) (2 single beds 100x200) , a large bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, shower toilet and urinal and a separate toilet. High chair and cot available by arrangement. Dogs are always welcome with us if they do not sleep in bed or have to stay alone in the apartment.

We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.
