Here in the special ambience of the old estate with the beautiful courtyard, you can live well and quietly. The apartment is on the first floor of a former tobacco barn in the former pigsty and workshop. It is barrier-free and therefore particularly suitable for guests with disabilities.

Due to the location on the outskirts, you can enjoy nature directly from the curb and still be quickly in Freiburg (10 minutes by car) or in Europa-Park / Rulantica (20 minutes). In the bright basement apartment of our new single-family house there is a bedroom and a living-dining area with fully equipped kitchens. The missing oven is replaced by the baking function of the microwave. On request, a children's travel cot and high chair can be provided.

The accommodation has a soundproof door, perfect for PC work, video conferences, etc. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the property. The "Mühlbach" studio is on the same floor. Ideal to book together if more than 2 people are traveling.

Nearby there is a quarry lake (swimming is allowed)
