Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Experience a perfect day in our 4-star Tiny Chalet. Wake up surrounded by nature on a sunny meadow on the edge of the small village of Vorderreute near Wertach. Start with a refreshing rain shower in the modern bathroom with the finest tiling. Prepare your breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. In the evening, relax in the cosy sofa area in front of the wood-burning stove or enjoy entertainment on the smart TV. Sleep heavenly in the 1.80 metre double bed.

In the heart of the Upper Allgäu is our quietly located 1-room apartment on the outskirts of the beer village of Rettenberg. The apartment was newly built and completed in early 2024. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming or skiing - our apartment offers the optimal starting point for any outdoor activity. There are also numerous ways to spend a nice time outside in nature in the immediate surroundings. Just walk out the door and up the mountain!

Our house is located directly at the foot of Grünten in Wagneritz, about 2 km from Rettenberg and is characterized by its rural and quiet location. Our apartment is located in the attic, is 68 square meters including a wardrobe and balcony and can accommodate 2 people. The spacious window front to the south, as well as a balcony to the west, provide plenty of light and offer a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
