Γύρω από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν supermarket, τράπεζες, φαρμακεία, στάσεις λεωφορείων και δωρεάν δημόσιο πάρκινγκ σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων. Επιπλέον, η αμμώδης, κεντρική παραλία για μπάνιο είναι μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια! Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Έχει πλήρως εξοπλιστεί με πολύ μεράκι, δίνοντας βάση στην άνεση των επισκεπτών.
