Cozy room

The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! You are welcomed anytime to have this Cozy Room. 👏👏👏

Absolutely amazing space! Tranquil and serene. All private. Exceptional location - one mile from the Metro, 10 minutes to IAD and Reston Town Center. Close to shops and restaurants. 2 outdoor patios and a small yard. Private use of the hot tub with over-sized towels & luxurious robes. An enormous king-size Sleep Number® bed. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in the house. Free Netflix, YouTubeTV, and Prime; your own thermostat and very fast WiFi. Built in 2023. Please read our reviews to learn more.

It is it's own apartment, but there is a shared laundry. 2.7 miles to Reston Town Center, Herndon, & the Reston metro. 15 minutes from Tyson's Corner and Dulles Airport. Washington, DC. Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.
