Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

This is a finished lower level of a townhouse in a quiet Oakton, Virginia suburb of Washington DC. The private entrance side is above ground. The large French doors allow lots of light in. We are located half way between Regan National and Dulles airports with public transportation to both. The bus stop is 50 yards from the door and the bus trip is less than 2 miles to the Vienna/George Mason University Orange line metro station. You will have key to the private entrance and laundry room.

Close to shops and restaurants. 2 outdoor patios and a small yard. Private use of the hot tub with over-sized towels & luxurious robes. An enormous king-size Sleep Number® bed. Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.
