Välkommen till vår nybyggda stuga i ett lugnt läge med ljuvlig havsutsikt. Stugan ligger 100 m från havet där det finns badplats och en mysig strandpromenad. På stugans takterrass kan du njuta av de vackra solnedgångarna över kalmarsund. Till Mörbylånga C med bla restauranger, caféer och mataffär är det ca 800 m. Utegym, padelbana och en populär lekplats finns inom 1 km. I Mörbylånga C finns också cykeluthyrning. På södra Öland är naturen i fokus med bland annat Alvaret och odlingslandskapet.

Stuga nära Haga Park på Öland

Fräsch stuga med luftvärmepump för värme/kyla nära Beijershamns naturreservat, Vickleby ädellövskog, Haga Parks badplats och Ölands örtagård. Nära till mycket av det som gör Öland unikt. Fullutrustat kök, wc, dusch, tv och wifi, sovrum med dubbelsäng 160 cm. På tomten finns två stugor, där den ena disponeras av oss ägare. Den stuga vi hyr ut passar bäst för två, men det finns fyra sovplatser med bäddsoffa (140 cm) i allrummet samt dubbelsäng (160 cm) i sovrummet. Lakan/handdukar kan hyras.

Vickleby tillhör Unescos världsarv. Den välbevarade och pittoreska bygatan är en sevärdhet och räknas som en av de finaste på Öland. Formgivaren Carl Malmsten grundade sin skola Capellagården i Vickley med konstnärlig inriktning. Anläggningen är öppen för besökare och ett av Ölands mest besökta turistmål. Där finns café och en butik med fina hantverksprodukter och egenodlade växter till försäljning. Vicklebyalvaret lockar många blomsterälskare. I maj månad breder ett hav av orkidéer ut sig.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Gårdsstuga med en större egen uteplats. Utrustad med trädgårdsmöbler, grill och sandlåda. Väl inhägnad. Stugan innehåller tre sovrum, varav två har två enkelsängar och ett har en enkelsäng, allrum med bäddsoffa och satellit-TV. Köket är välutrustat och har en matplats för minst sex personer. Fräscht badrum. Wifi finns i hela stugan. Spjälsäng och barnmatstol finns också. Stugan ligger naturnära med gångavstånd till Mörbylånga centrum och badplatser. Cyklar finns att låna.

Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Central, renovated & fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
