Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Knausen is located in the peaceful Østhusvik with lake views, walking distance to the swimming area, shop, hiking areas, marina, Rennesøyhodnet, etc. There is an outdoor area around the entire cabin where you can play ball games and activities or sit down on one of the terraces. In the living room there is air conditioning, wood stove, sofa, armchairs and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. 3 bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars. Bus stop 70 m. Stavanger city center 25 min by car. Pulpit Rock parking 60 min.

The cabin features a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. A staircase leads up to the second floor, where there is a sleeping area with a double bed, an office space, and a dressing area with a single bed. Take another bath with hot water. In the garden, there is a private sauna with panoramic views of the fjord. In addition, there is a cozy separate annex with a double bed.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
