Exceptional stay in this studio! The host was incredibly kind. When we arrived, a bouquet of fresh flowers and raspberries were waiting for us on the bed, a touch that touched us a lot. He even offered to do some shopping for us before we arrived. The icing on the cake: he allowed us to access the accommodation earlier, which was a real relief after a sleepless night on the road. The studio was cozy, very well-equipped, and the fridge already contained water, eggs, yogurt, chips, etc. Every detail was designed for our comfort. We felt at home from the first minute. I loved my stay in Rennes in Brice's apartment, first of all the location: in a residential area with a large parking lot but still 10-15m from the center on foot which is super convenient. Then the place was very cozy and tastefully decorated. The apartment was large and well-equipped. Would love to stay again! Thank you

A great stay in this beautiful Breton building with crazy charm, mixing the old and the modern. Caroline is an extremely welcoming host, and the apartment was much more equipped than we thought! Excellent family weekend in a very nice place with its castle, gardens and zoo. Appreciated by young and old, ideal with children. Unlimited access to the zoo for the whole family is a real plus.

The accommodation is nice, well located and really very close to Rennes, which is very convenient. The hosting was warm, the host is very welcoming and friendly. A good stay overall, I recommend!

Its large, high spaces give the house a certain grandeur. Everything squeaky clean, the necessary modern comfort is all present, beautiful fenced garden where our dog could play to his heart's content and the area is beautiful. Fantastic view of Dinan just a few walking steps from the house. Friendly owners who live next door but give you the necessary privacy. Recommended!

Beautiful house to meet with friends with the kids. The house is well equipped, all essential equipment is present including for children with toys, changing table, cribs. The little extra with pool and foosball for adults or adults. The house is very well located in the heart of the village.

We had a great three night stay in Caroline’s apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was so convenient for the historic centre of Dinan. The parking space was a bonus too. Hope to return one day.
