It consists on the ground floor, a large equipped and furnished kitchen, living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with storage, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is close to Rennes airport, the Parc des Expo, Bruz and is located in an enclosed and wooded park.
