I renovated this duplex to live there and make it nice for the people who stay there. It is in the city center, close to the train station, on a semi-pedestrian street, close to Liberté, not far from the Convention Center... The building dates from the 18th, without an elevator to get to the 3rd floor. It is 72m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, only one toilet, and a small terrace. The bedroom windows on the street have very good double glazing, so not too much noise.
