Ann has created a beautiful hideaway. She had thought of absolutely everything you might need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it. We loved seeing the horses as well as the wild life, how wonderful to hear & see deer wandering amongst the trees. Ann had left essentials tea, coffee, milk etc as well as some lovely treats including a choice of squash & bottled water. This is a gem of place especially if you're looking for somewhere to step of the world and find some peace. We could even see the Sea in the distance from our bedroom window. The bed was so comfortable with beautiful linen and lovely fluffy towels. We honestly cannot fault the place or Ann whose communication was very clear and she takes great pride in Annie's Annexe. We can't wait for a return visit.

We had a lovely short stay at Obi’s Barn while attending a wedding at Butley Priory, just a stone’s throw away. The barn felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything we needed and set in the stunning Suffolk countryside.

The apartment is as described with convenient parking in a quiet location. Within walking distance to a local restaurant and Co-op plus fish and chip shop. Ideal for a short stay in Woodbridge and to visit the nearby attractions by car. We had a very enjoyable stay here having been greeted by the hosts on arrival.

Simply the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The location and facilities were superb. The dog loved the garden and paddock, lots of secure room to run and play in. We met our hosts on the first evening and they were such nice people. Although we only had a few days, Woodbridge and Aldeburgh were great places to visit with plenty to see and do. We will definitely be returning in the near future.
