Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, at sunset on the shady terrace dinner was a pleasure. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches in the vicinity. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German also worked. We highly recommend the place.

Modern, stylish and comfortable house, thoughtfully designed! Nice spaces to stay and enough furniture inside and outside. Spacious kitchen with cooking island and many amenities and inventory, all the possibilities to prepare your meals at home and enjoy with each other! In addition to the pool, a wooden terrace with sunbeds and a round table with chairs to sit outside. A garden with a beautiful rock as a prominent and special element and various shrubs and trees that provide plenty of privacy. That limits the view from the terrace, but from the great large rock in your own garden you can see far. Once on top of the rock, you'll have amazing views over the surroundings and the setting sun behind the mountains. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here!

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

If you are looking for a secluded, quiet place in the countryside with a beautiful view and the charm of a sheepfold renovated with taste and comfort, this is the right place! We liked the crossing of the field on arrival and the welcome of the goats and the dog that took them to another meadow. Thanks to Astrid with whom we communicated for her kindness.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

A real paradise! The house is sublime, a very tasteful decoration with beautiful materials, super quiet, fully equipped, a breathtaking view (especially by the pool) and in addition a perfect welcome. We were traveling with a small baby and were able to enjoy a flexible check-in and checkout, an amazing advantage. A big thank you for everything!

A beautiful detached villa in a private vacation home complex with several terraces and breathtaking sea views on all sides. In good weather you can see as far as Corsica and have the sunset directly in front of you over the sea. Very quiet. Very nice beaches in the immediate vicinity, easily accessible by car. On site, a very friendly welcome and very good and smooth communication with the host Alessandro. We enjoyed our time there with our 3 children! A great family place!

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

We can only confirm the other reviews. Clean and comfortable apartment in a lovely place! Wonderful sunsets and beautiful beaches just a few minutes' walk or car. The market in front is very comfortable with quality products also for breakfast, sandwiches, etc. We had a great time and thank you Olena and Giuseppe for their exquisite welcome! we stayed at the accommodation at the beginning of October, so low season. It was accordingly quiet, which we found very good. The apartment is located in a large apartment complex, which is certainly more frequented during the high season. We chose the apartment because of the terrace with sea view, and the view is simply great. In addition, it is only 200 m to the beach. Here a small natural pool was created, which makes swimming on the otherwise rocky coast a little easier. The hosts were great. Easy and friendly communication from the beginning. As a welcome, there were even Sardinian specialties, which underscores the warmth of this very tastefully furnished apartment. All and all a super great experience for us.

We had an amazing stay here - the kids loved it & spent many hours on the beach & catching tiny fish in the lagoon. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with flamingoes frequenting the lagoon on the left & the beach directly in front of the patio. The property has all you require, and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. We explored a few other beaches during our stay, but were unanimous that the one right on our doorstep was the best!

Beautiful apartment with a nice big garden and lots of shade. Decorated with lots of attention to details. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Quiet at night. And mosquito nets, which is a rare find. Michael is an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!!
