Great location to walk to the beach, see great sunsets or to retreat a little from tourism. By car quickly in larger places, but also in the village shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The space is bright and friendly, the amenities are generous and you feel right at home. Communication thanks to translators is also very possible!

Me and my niece stayed at Elvira`s house for a week in August 2023. We loved the house, we got everything we needed. The house is very private in very quite location and only 10 minutes walk to the main square and little bit further down about 15/20 minutes walk from the house is beach. We rented a car at Olbia airport and there was great very safe parking spot right outside the house. We also had a fan in the room which really helped in the hot weather. Communication with Elvira was excellent, immediate respond and we also got great local recommendations. I would recommend Elvira`s house to other and we would definitely stay in Elvira`s house again.

We were expecting something smaller and older, but we're pleasantly surprised. we have 4 kids and had plenty of space. Peacefully quiet and a number of beautiful beaches are reachable within 20 minutes.

A typical, nice little cottage in a beautiful holiday settlement. We (family with 2 children) were there in mid-October. There's not much going on, it was wonderfully quiet. You can sit nicely on the veranda. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is super equipped, the bathroom is renovated. The garden is really beautiful and well maintained. The beach with very nice beach bar can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Very valuable for a sunset drink. Only the beds were not good for us. The mattresses are very hard, feathers in the loft bed squeak. Modernization would be good here. Maria responded kindly and always quickly, a very attentive hostess. Thank you!
