Nah am Wasen, der Porsche arena, dem Stadion, dem Mercedesmuseum und fridas pier (200m entfernt)gelegen. Gut mit kleinem Fussweg per öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Seele baumeln lassen und das Bootsfeeling wirken lassen. Auf derTerrasse frühstücken oder einen drink geniessen. Es gibt 4 Toiletten und 4 Duschen an Bord. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Waschbecken.
