A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. Our 30 m² apartment is located on a quiet side street in Lorch Waldhausen. Some of the rooms have been completely renovated (April 2025). Free parking is available on the street. Public transport connections with services (VVS) to Stuttgart, Schorndorf, or Schwäbisch Gmünd, which runing every half hour. The region is also perfect for hiking and cycling. The geographical center of the River "Rems" is located in the town.
