Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Candolim! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The amenities provided made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all key spots yet peaceful. Special thanks to the host, Basappa, for being super responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended for families and groups looking for a cozy and well-maintained stay in Goa!

The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

Extremely pleasant stay. My family was very happy with the location, the property, the amenities, and the overall stay. Monika is a great host who provided all details beforehand with clear instructions. Monika also kept in constant touch with my daughter and provided all support. As this was a all girls trip I was initially worried for them however the property was very secure with all amenities. it was an excellent stay and will surely visit again. any thanks to Monika and Airbnb to make my family stay at Goa a memorable and pleasant one.

Lovely place, great ambience and extremely welcoming hosts. The place was perfect for a family of 6. (2 kids 6 &2 ) An extra bed/mattress was added before hand. The rooms were absolutely spacious and the hall and dining place were elaborate and super comfortable for all of us to enjoy together. It was a perfect family atmosphere and the experience was just great. We loved every single minute there and the location is also very close to Candolim beach and casinos in Panaji Pool is also accessible and wonderful In all, perfect holiday home away from the hustle of mainstream Goa yet 15-20 mins drive to them keeps you in the hunt Great stay! great host

We had to book this place on a short notice... Totally value for money great ambiance and overall feel of the place, At first was a bit sceptical about the place but ... definitely worth it 💗 I had my colleagues from Ireland even they felt it was pretty great 🙂‍↕️ ..I'm glad I booked this place 💯 Definitely visiting again.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. We stayed at this lovely Airbnb as a group of 8 and had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The caretaker was always available and incredibly sweetalways ready to help us out with anything we needed. We really appreciated the early check-in and the time given to freshen up after our journey. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations for local food, hotels, and places to visit, which made our trip even smoother. The location is perfect if you're looking for something between North and South Goa,everything is within a 25-minute drive. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch and we highly recommend this place. Definitely a must-visit!

Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

1. The apartment is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and offering an incredible view. The highlight for me was the huge balcony—truly a space you’ll fall in love with. 2. All the amenities listed were provided, and everything worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi speed was so good. 3. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Sairaj, the host, was very responsive and accommodating, even helping with an early check-in. Tapan, the caretaker, was extremely humble and took care of almost everything around the property. 4. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food joints just 5 minutes away from Titos Lane. The connectivity is excellent. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I genuinely loved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.
