Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

In the large living room overlooking almost all directions the sun always shines, in the large bathroom you could dance. In addition, there is the double room “for the parents” with a romantic sloping ceiling, and the children's room with 3 single beds and a play area. Together with the other apartments, this one forms “Schöna Urlaub”: an idyllic vacation spot with plenty of space and a large garden area. In the spacious courtyard, cars can be parked in the carport, and there are also 2 EV charging stations available. Plus a village store in the building.

The apartment is nicely spacious and airy. Thanks to the many windows, it is not only when the sun is flooded with light and friendly, but also cuddly due to the wood stove. One bedroom is slightly larger and has a great flair – matching the Elbe sandstone mountains – thanks to an exposed old sandstone wall. The other one is wonderfully light. In both bedrooms there are reading lamps. The dove blue and white tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.

After the hikes, the sauna in the courtyard is looking forward to a visit. The library and the Wiener Flügel are available for cultural excursions.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.
