Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

It's only 0.3 mile short potter down to the award winning sandy Filey beach as well as being right in the heart of the quaint selection of local shops, bars, pubs & most importantly some lovely fish and chips!

Gladys is our double decker bus, set in a wooded cove of the field with wood fired soaking tub. The ground floor has wood burning stove, kitchen, gas cooker, fridge freezer, stove kettle, shower room through the fire exit door, TV/DVD player (suitable for DVD playing only,) original bus features, driving seat & bus lighting. The first floor has double cupboard bed, single bed & double bedroom. Also included USB charging points & 5AMP plug sockets, picnic bench & deck chairs. Two dogs welcome.

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Modern & spacious dog friendly caravan at Reighton Sands Holiday Park. We have tried to provide the little things as well as a Smart TV & Wifi, central heating, double glazing & bed linen. We have a great position on site with parking. The pool includes a lazy river & the site has arcades, a restaurant, a bar & show-bar with regular entertainment. Filey is the nearest town & can be reached along the beach at low tide. Buses run all day from the site to Bridlington, Filey & Scarborough.

Our beautiful caravan boasts three bedrooms; one master with en-suite toilet and two twin rooms. The main bathroom comprises of a large shower, toilet and sink. The van also benefits from its own private parking bay. The open plan, fully furnished kitchen and living area has breath taking views of the sea, with a small park opposite. The van is situated close to the entertainment, on site shop and path down to the beach. Bus stop to Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington. Close to Whitby.
