Hier können Sie in einem kleinen freistehenden Häuschen mit 1000 qm eingezäuntem Grundstück und Fernblick über das Ober-Bergische Land wohnen. Das Häuschen ist Vintage eingerichtet , hat zusätzlich zur Elektroheizung einen Kaminofen . Eine in 2022 neu erbaute Küche mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Induktion, Backofen, u allem was man sonst so brauchen kann, Grill für draußen, überdachte Terrasse. Für Hunde stehen Handtücher u. Näpfe bereit. Wandern vom Haus aus Stundenlang möglich.

Wiehl Zentrum in ca. 3 km Entfernung mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien und Restaurants. Geheizt wird mit Heizkörpern, die an unsere mit Ökostrom betriebene Wärmepumpe angeschlossen sind. My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

Living in authentic historical building

Our small apartment is located at first floor in one of the most historic listed frame work houses at Eckenhagen. All is very tiny and cozy, low ceilings with the original ceiling balks and small windows with their interior original wood panelling. Our historical building was part already 1770 of the buildings around the church of the antique centre of Eckenhagen.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
