The Axter Hütte, which is actually a chalet, is located in an easily accessible secluded location in Reichenfels in the beautiful Lavanttal in Carinthia at 1330 m above sea level and is an excellent starting point for relaxed ski tours and hikes. The Obdach ski resort is about 20 minutes, the Klippitztörl ski resort is about 30 minutes and the Koralpe ski resort is about 45 minutes by car. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

The Almresi hut is the ideal place to enjoy the mountains. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer. The ski slope is only a few meters away and you can start hiking right from the cottage. The Almresi Hut invites you to cozy evenings in front of Karmin as well as to beautiful sunny hours in the hammocks. In summer there is also the summer toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. ATTENTION for bed linen and towels may apply an extra fee!!

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Obdach - Apartment for 3 people with garden

Holiday apartment in the heart of Styrian Zirbenland. Centrally located in the picturesque village of Obdach, located in the Murtal on the border between Styria and Carinthia. In winter, ideal for skiers and touring enthusiasts. Valley station Obdach Obdach is about 500 m away in summer for hiking and nature lovers but also for motorsport fans. The Red Bull Ring is only about 25 km away. Pets are welcome!
