Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Rehoboth Beach

This was our first time using an air bnb and I must say that I was very impressed. The place was very nice, clean and inviting. It felt like home when you walked in, the area was convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. The little details they had such as a guest book to sign, games, beach furniture, binder with information such as passwords to WiFi and streaming services , beaches , recommendations for places to visit or eat at etc. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The whole experience we had was great , not one complaint . Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay! Angela’s home was beautiful, comfortable, and so clean! We especially loved spending time on the screened in porch. Angela was very responsive and helpful and I will definitely plan on staying at her place again when we visit Rehoboth!

Would recommend this gem! We stayed here for two nights and it’s close to everything. Cody was friendly and responsive. Big yard in the back and pup friendly is a huge plus.

We had a lovely stay at Chai's home. Her house is inviting and comfortable - perfect as a home base for visiting Rehoboth Beach. Everything about the home was as the host described. It was very easy to park, get inside and check in, and the instructions and labels made it easy to find everything we needed. Everything worked well (A/C, refrigerator, washer/dryer) and the home was well appointed with everything we needed. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to lounge and have group conversations. The home is on a quiet street but close to several restaurants on Rehoboth Avenue and is within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. I asked the host a question via the Airbnb app and got a quick and helpful response. One thing to be aware of - as mentioned in the listing, two of the three bedrooms let in very bright sunlight during daytime hours, so those two rooms really are best suited for people who are early risers or comfortable wearing the provided sleep masks.

Great place to stay. Place is convenient, but also has some other extras. We needed beach chairs and those were on the premises. Checkout was easy and not over complicated. Will probably stay there again if it works out.

Had the absolute best time staying at this gem. The house is stunning and Autumn was a fantastic host! The house is spacious and open. It was exactly as described but better. We couldn’t have been happier. Will definitely be back!

We celebrated a birthday at Jason’s place and it was perfect! The home was spacious enough for 9, lots of beach gear was provided, and it’s a great location easily drivable to the beach and accessible via foot and bikes to lots of yummy restaurants, plus the games and TVs at the house made it just as fun to hang out there!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Lewes! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach. It made exploring Lewes so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I would say my wife and I are Airbnb snobs — and sometimes one place(and host) is just a standout that I feel like I have to leave a review. This was just hassle-free, exactly what it said it was, and perfectly managed by the hosts. We had a car but opted to use the bus — and even went to Rehobeth Beach one of our days. So this is a great place to experience all that the area offers.

We were in town to see a concert at the Milton Theater. This place is a great location to walk to the theater. It is very clean with great amenities. The snacks were a bonus! Alene gave us instructions to the beach we could drive on! Super great stay and would stay again!

Perfect little spot for a last minute overnight trip to Rehoboth with my dogs. Bed was comfy. Location was near shops and great food options. Check in and clean up were easy!

The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Dana's place worked perfectly for us. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from her place and the bike path to Cape Henlopen is close. We could walk into the cute downtown part of Lewes easily. Dana's descriptions of what to do and where to dine in the area were incredibly clear and helpful. We were comfortable and had a very relaxing stay in her place.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had such a warm, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. The decor followed a beautiful coastal theme throughout, and the table in particular was stunning. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted and just a short drive to the beach. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the "Guestbook," which added a personal and welcoming feel. The binder with all the instructions was super organized—such a nice detail that made everything easy. The sofa bed was a great bonus, and having a parking pass was a big plus. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at so far. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The aparment was very clean. It’s located in the perfect location, it’s close to everything you could possibly want to do in Rehoboth. The street is peaceful and close to lots of restauraunts and shops within a couple minutes walk. Amanda was quick to communicate with us and told us everything we needed to know.

We were coming to spend time in Rohoboth Beach, and it was such a short drive (10-15 min) and very easy to travel back and forth to this apartment in Lewes. Perfect for our family, very homey. We especially loved the porch with a hammock, and the bed in the primary suite was super comfortable. Would come again!

This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was IMMACULATE. Nice modern furnishings and decor. Everything was incredibly clean, shiny, and pristine, yet still warm and cozy. I felt safe and secure because it is on the first floor, and it’s very quick and easy to access once you park. The neighbors were friendly and the area is very clean and quiet. I never actually spoke with the host because I didn’t need to ask for anything. It was a completely seamless experience. If I had to mention one downside, I’d say it’s a bit on the pricier side, even with the discounted rate I seemed to receive. But that might just be because I chose to pay for the entire two-night trip on my own. In the end, I would stay here again a hundred times over. I’m glad there are hosts and property owners who actually take care of their listings. 10/10. I would absolutely recommend it.

What a beautiful area, and such a peaceful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay at Rohoboth Beach and this condo was just what we needed, very accommodating, clean, and in a great location, close to the beach!

This was our second time staying in this particular accommodation and as a family of five with 2 small children (3 children total), this place is perfect for us in every way! This place is super clean and spacious and our family felt right at home. Also, I can’t say enough about Jane’s hospitality- she is extremely friendly and thorough with her instructions as well as recommendations. We love visiting Rehoboth Beach and it’s safe to say that this will be our first option for future trips.
