Townhome vacation rentals in Rehoboth Beach

We loved our stay at Karen’s place! Incredible view from the top floor, and a great deck to eat meals on. We could hear lots of birds and feel the breeze from the ocean. Private beach access was directly in front of the house. As others have noted, you might need to make a trip to the grocery store for some basic items, but there are a few close by which have everything. It was a perfect peaceful stay.

Everything was great! The home had everything we needed and was very clean. My girls had a great time. This was my first time renting Airbnb and would definitely do it again. We visited 3 beaches while there, Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City MD. There were also great restaurants nearby.

Nancy was very accommodating with our last-minute reservation. She communicated frequently and responded to any issues that arose promptly and graciously. The accommodations were beautiful - adjacent to the private community beach, which was clean and spacious. The house was clean; it was great having 3.5 bathrooms and a bed for each guest. We had a few issues with linens but Nancy responded promptly and resolved our issues. I would absolutely rent from her again.

Perfect! We had a wonderful week in Bethany Beach! Mike’s place had ample room for our family four. It was super quiet and conveniently located. The parking pass and nearby trolley stops made beach access a breeze. We will definitely stay again!

Nancy’s place was wonderful for our family of four. The location was perfect, the apartment itself was very charming and spacious, and all of the included amenities made it very convenient. We particularly loved the screened in porch as well as the two awesome coffee shops within a few minutes walk. We can’t wait to come back.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

Helen's place is fantastic. Cozy and peaceful with complete amenities and supplies. We just feel like home. Helen's was an excellent hostess. Her instruction was clear and comprehensive. She even offered us with early check in and give us permission of late check out. Since there was no other guests before and after us. It was just perfect.

Steve’s place worth perfectly for us for our short stay for the Rehoboth Beach Seashore Marathon. It was conveniently located near everything we were looking for. Steve was very flexible with our check-in and check-out given we were there in low season. The kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A good value for us.

It felt like visiting a close family or friend’s home. Craig is the most generous and considerate host. They had almost every essential and more, plus lots of games to keep the kids occupied. The towels, beddings, tissues and toilet paper are of high quality. The location is also convenient for walking to eateries and casual stroll to downtown and the boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable, and provides a lot of amenities, including lots of beach gear. We appreciated that it was clean, as well as an easy drive to anything in Rehoboth. Would definitely recommend!

We genuinely enjoyed our time at this home. It was the perfect space for three adults and two young children! Near the beach and restaurants! Alexandra was so helpful and responsive! We definitely will booking again!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, great space for a close-knit group to spend a few days together. The beach was about 15 minutes' leisurely walk, on a very direct route. Super convenient to downtown Lewes and lots of restaurants and shops. Host Stephanie was extremely responsive and accommodating, and she provided clear instructions for checking and out. Plenty of cookware and dishes and other kitchen needs so that the chefs in the group could prepare meals to share. Fantastic living room space for playing games, watching TV, and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again if we had the chance — it was perfect for our needs.

Matt and Wendy’s place is lovely - well decorated and had everything we needed for a fun family weekend.

The place is great. Right on the beach with great decks and views — we didn’t need to put on shoes the entire time. Walkable also to lots of restaurants and other businesses. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on the location is not because of the house but because of the way Ocean City is structured — there really is no way to get around without going on the main, high-traffic road and few places to walk dogs comfortably in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach. Also note you will have to make your own beds when you arrive and strip them when you leave. Other than that this place is excellent! All of us — from 5 months to 45 years and 2 dogs in between — had a great time.

This home was perfect for our family of six! We loved the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and having two parking spaces right in front of the home.

Probably the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at! Everything was very clean and worked very well. As a mom of 4, I especially appreciated the nice full size washer and dryer. Had lots of amenities. Everything worked very well, and Matt was very friendly and helpful, and understanding when we accidentally broke a vase. Like most of the townhouses in the area, it’s in a plan, and you’ll have to drive to get to most things. The kids enjoyed the HOA pool and the neighbors were friendly. We’d come again for sure!

My friends and I had a fantastic time at Lauren's beach house. Everything was super clean, there was tons of bedroom space, and we enjoyed spending time in the kitchen and living room. Rehoboth beach was super accessible from her place as well! She left a great guide for us on local recommendations, and lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. This was truly one of my favorite air bnbs I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend!!

Janis’ place is an absolute gem perfectly located in a peaceful community with the beach, restaurants, shopping & many activities close by. The condo is clean, well-maintained & beautifully decorated. Janis thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, including super comfy beds & high-quality linens & towels, as well as a beach umbrella & plenty of beach chairs & bikes. She was friendly, very responsive & accommodating letting us check in early. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would highly recommend Janis’ condo to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation.
