Vacation rentals with a patio in Regional Municipality of Niagara

Jonathan and Elizabeth were very accommodating. We came down for Graze the Bench and want to leave our car there early so we could uber over and not having to worry about driving back after the event. They let us bring the car early. Such a beautiful little place and private . Thanks so much to the both of you..

We had a lovely time staying here! the location is wonderful- within walking distance to the falls and all the attractions while being in a neighborhood that simultaneously feels quiet and separate from all the hustle and bustle of the touristy part of town. The apartment is in an older house that has been remodeled in a sleek modern style. It was spacious and comfortable, especially the living room and kitchen, and had all the basics we needed. The beds were cozy and comfortable. There is also a balcony out front with chairs so you can sit out there when the weather is nice. My mom was able to partially see the nightly fireworks from there. It has keypad entry so was easy to get in and no need to worry about keys for everyone in our group. Ralph is very responsive and was a great host. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again. 😊

The location was perfect for the things we had planned, and the place was amazing. First thing me and my friends did when we walked in was compliment the apartment, It looked and felt amazing. I will definitely be booking here again whenever I go back to Niagara Falls Canada.

This little gem is the perfect place to stay in Niagara Falls! Its location is ideal, as it is within walking distance to the most popular tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping plazas, and coffee/donut shops. However, it’s just far enough away to avoid the noise and heavy traffic! The building has cozy, older charm, while also feeling crisp and updated! Free onsite parking was a plus and we enjoyed the private patio. Maria was very helpful and responsive with all communications, and we would absolutely stay here again! One small note…there is no central air, but there are nice portable AC units in most rooms. It was perfectly comfortable in early June, but may get a little stuffy later into the summer months. Overall, HIGHLY recommend.

Besides a little hiccup with the check-in due to the app, the weekend spent at David's place was great. The place has everything you need. The home is very clean, organized, and modern. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine, which was very generous. David always checked in making sure things were ok. Great host, great spot. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's basement apartment. The place was very organized and clean, which we really appreciated. It had all the essentials we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Plus, it's only about a 25-minute drive to Niagara Falls, which was perfect for our plans. My friend and I stayed at Allison's place for a girls trip and it was perfect place for it. it was adorable, clean and close to everything. Allison was also very helpful when recommending places to visit for wineries! Would definitely stay there again:)

Three couples enjoyed a birthday weekend in NOTL. Plenty of storage, and room to eat, sit and relax. Ample supplies like dishwasher pods, paper towels, handsoap, garbage bags etc. We made breakfast and lunch at the house, and had enough glasses, plates, etc - it was very clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood. House was as described. I would stay again!

We had a good stay at Mo’s and everything was as described. It was nice to be able to walk to the falls as well! For those considering this location, the neighborhood seemed ok, but we would have felt more secure if the front/back doors each had a deadbolt or interior latch in addition to the coded entry locks. Also, the mattresses were not comfortable for us, but this is also a personal preference. One highlight is the outdoor space, which was very inviting and a great spot to enjoy a meal.

This place is awesome for a group of people. The place was immaculate, and has a very homey feeling to it. Not to mention the backyard is a great place to hang out. I’m very pleased with the price of the unit considering how close it is to Niagara Falls, just a short walk away from many great places. Highly suggest staying here.

We had an incredible stay at Nicole’s place. It was for my bachelorette and we absolutely fell in love with each small detail. It was perfectly crafted to suit all possible needs. We had such a wonderful time and I would recommend her place to others in a heartbeat!

What a fun, yet private and relaxing location. We loved our time in the beautiful, backyard! The hot tub works perfectly and stays hot even while using. Great location for anyone to enjoy, as there’s something for everyone within a few minutes. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is great and the house set up is epic! Great job guys. Hope to be back enjoying the yard soon. Awesome rental!

Lovely house comfortable and spacious. Nice and quiet. Not really walkable to town but then the Uber service is super quick and efficient. Might suggest wider beds in bedroom 3

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dev’s place! It was very peaceful being right on the water with lots to do in the area! The cottage was the same as the photos and perfect for a weekend at the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Condo is beautiful, clean, cozy with convenient parking. But the building itself has strong audibility, there was weirdly working vacuum cleaner in the condo. At least the second issue might be solved easily. Host is very responsive and courteous. For family of four with two small kids and two pets this place was worthwhile to stay one month. So, we strongly recommend this place.

Every detail made the space feel welcoming and comfortable, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host was responsive and kind, which made the entire experience even better.
