Our cottage offers the ideal escape from the city, while immersing you in Niagara's Country charm. Plan your stay at Swallow Meadows Farm. Private, self-contained studio suite on second floor (15 stairs) of farm house on 24 acres. Screened in porch to watch the neighbouring horse and wildlife. Fully renovated suite, including full kitchen and bathroom. Glass enclosed walk-in shower. Hike to the pond after breakfast and listen to the bull-frogs. If you are lucky you might spot deer or the local heron. Suite includes Wi-Fi, bring your screened device. Pets require approval prior to booking.

Located on top of the Beamsville Bench minutes from Jordan Village & Balls Falls. Drive, bike, or walk to wineries such as Vineland Estates (2.6 km), Vienni (1.3 km), Tawse (2.6 km) & many others. Approximately a 30 minute drive to NOTL wineries and Niagara Falls.
