Villa vacation rentals in Murcia

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

I would definitely recommend the Villa, It was beautiful and everything was perfect. Natali was a brilliant host and I couldn't have asked for more. The villa is amazing and the photos do not do it justice, it is a perfect location and everything you want is within walking distance. We had a fantastic time. The villa was absolutely perfect. Our hosts thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The appliances were all top of the range and the place was absolutely spotless. There is absolutely nothing that we could fault. This was a gem of a find and we will certainly be back.

An incredible home, modern but with personality, nestled in a very special place. It's definitely worth it. In addition, the heated pool is a luxury. The area we did not know it and we loved it, especially the beaches closest to the house. Highly recommended.

Isabel has been a fantastic hostess, she has been at any moment to keep us comfortable and to make sure we were always welcome. La Manga Club has a privileged setting in which to make excursions and visits to the surrounding areas absolutely wonderful. The neighbourhood is very quiet and picturesque and Isabel's house is very charming and nicely decorated to make our stay perfect.

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful property. Ray and Nance are great hosts, meeting us at the property on arrival and showing us round. The property has everything you could possibly need and the beds are super comfortable too! We hope to return next year for 2 weeks this time!

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

This was a great villa about 10-15min drive from Elche. The address is different to that found on google maps but this is well explained and easy to find with the alternative explanation/pin provided with check-in instructions. It was spacious, clean, great garden/outdoor areas and pool as pictured. Maximum of 10 is correct at a squeeze if happy to share double beds. Taxi/Uber was difficult to get to the location from Elche, but easy access if driving. Limited surroundings, in what appears to be a newer area of development. We found a great local restaurant walking distance, but needed the car to bring groceries in from the town. Our group were very happy and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

Had a brilliant stay with our two little ones (toddler and baby). The property was even nicer than the pictures! The location was quiet and right by the beach and promenade (very easy to walk with prams) which is exactly what we wanted. The property hosts were first class - exceptionally responsive and helpful. Village house with large rooms and sufficient bathrooms and toilets. Very central, close to the Plaza del Castillo in the historic center. Very quiet area with great views.

A very nice house in perfect location. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Clean, cosy, nothing to complain. We’ll definitely come back again.

The house looks better than in the photos. Spacious and clean spaces. The ability to either completely open the room (almost all glass fences are fully sliding) or super private (there are blinds on all windows). A clean outdoor pool that is automatically cleaned several times a day. Open roof, which allows you to sunbathe the whole day. A supermarket with groceries and a family restaurant are within a walking distance.

We have stopped on the resort many times over the years. This villa was bright, clean and modern. Very close to the supermarket and Jose was very quick to reply to any queries.

Fabulous villa in an exclusive setting. Good gym, restaurants (which also do buffet breakfast) at the clubhouse and the associated WoW beach club were great additions to our stay. The villa had everything you needed to make the stay great and has been kept spotless compared to some of the other villas that we have rented in Las Colinas. There was a charcoal barbecue which we found useful. The pool and sun-lounger towel/covers were a real success.

We had a great time in this beautiful villa close to all amenities, the description is accurate and the pool is excellent! Not overlooked and the neighborhood is very good. Local shops and the sea are a 10-minute drive. What more can I say, EXCELLENT 👌🏼

We were a party of 8 (3 couples and two children). The house was the perfect size for us and the pool was a hit with everyone. The outdoor dining table and the space to congregate around the pool was very comfortable. The “grassy” area, front and back, was a hit with the kids. The place is fairly well equipped with kitchen amenities, but there is nothing available in terms of basics like salt, pepper, sugar etc. If you’re going to stay, be prepared to bring everything - including body wash, shampoo, pool towels etc. The location is quiet and safe, but a car is a must.
