Amazing apartment. One thing to note, though... Once you enter the courtyard where the pool is, DO NOT forget the keys inside. Both outer and inner doors are locked, so if you accidentally close the house door behind you, you're stuck in a tiny prison with a pool. 🤣 Not saying it happened to me... Just FYI 🤣😋 That being said, everything was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Only "downside" is the glass doors to the bathroom. They give little to no privacy when in there. All in all, I would definitely book again!

Pedro is the most attentive host you can imagine. He is super friendly, the place super cozy. Everything perfect!

We had a great stay at Dmitry's place. Used the swimmingpool Alot and the rooftop balcony. Apartment is very well located and we visited the shopping mall quite frequently. Walkable distance to the beach.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

The listing is a little worn and tired but there was absolutely everything you need for a great stay. What the apartment lacked cosmetically was made up by a beautiful peaceful location, just a few steps from the beach and a great jetty to swim off and sunbathe ! The sunrise is stunning too ! Not to be missed. It’s a great base to explore the Mar Menor region of which I did including Los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos . It’s a beautiful village and oh the cafeteria across the road ! Thank you both for making me so welcome. I’ll see you again of that I’m certain. Carol.

nice place in relaxed communitie with shared pool

This was the third time consecutive that we’ve booked Hilmar’s house, and as always we had a great time there. It is a beautiful house on the corner, with everything inside, and outside in the store unit you can find lots of things for the beach: umbrellas, toys, etc., modern kitchen, nice living space, comfortable beds and lots of towels in the bathroom. You have access to the pool, a major plus, and 10-15 minutes walking distance to the sea, going through Molina’s Park, which is quite lovely. Hilmar is a very attentive and friendly host, always had a great communication from the start, I truly recommend his place and him as a super host.

My children & I loved our stay here so much we stayed an extra week. We have had 3 weeks of peace, rest & relaxation which is exactly what I wanted from this holiday. I have also gained a few pounds from the crepes & cafe con leche's! I'm a single mum travelling with two kids and I feel extremely safe & very well looked after here. It is very beautiful quiet area, we have walked to so many gorgeous beaches. We feel like we rented a bungalow with a private pool as we have been the only ones using it. I don't have a car and have walked to the supermarkets & used their home delivery service. There's everything you need within walking distance. We are all very sad to be going home which I think says it all. Pedro is a wonderful host and it's thanks to him we've had such an amazing holiday. Thank you for having us & looking after us, I am sure we will be returning next year ❤️

I spent 2 months in this wonderful home during the winter of 2024. I think it has everything I wanted to make me feel at home. I was happy to find good matrasses in the house. I find that very important. The urbanization is quiet but not extremely appealing. Perfect for spending time in Spain while I was working. The host is very kind, very responsive and helpful. I hope to return next winter

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

The house was perfect, just like the pictures. Everything was clean, sheets and towels. The house is located a few meters from the beach and the restaurant areas, you don't need a car at all! A very quiet area! To be repeated!

All in all, a super nice house in a nice quiet area. Someone may think it's TOO quiet, but after a day in the slightly larger surrounding seaside resorts, it's nice to have some quiet time. There is safe parking on the property with a gate (the car just can't be too long), and the pool is very large so there was always room for us. However, we missed some sunshades on the rooftop. It's very hot up there in July/August, and there was an umbrella. But it could only be listed few places on the terrace because of an old defective pergola, which stood in the way. It should be replaced by a new pergola, so the rooftop could be used during the daytime as well. Alternatively, there is also a lovely garden with the possibility of shade, so it went anyway. Otherwise, everything was super good. Scott and Francisco are incredibly nice and quick to respond. Clear recommendations from here 🙂👍👍

The house was spotless and was in a great location, near to everything. Great aircon, very spacious and the pool was just outside the door. Overall, a fantastic house.

We have spent 4 amazing days at Katrien’s villa and it was amazing! The neighborhood is breathtaking, the villa is mind blowing. Katrien was particularly lovely, she thought about all the little details and was so great with the communication. The beach is close by, there’s a commercial zone few minutes away. It’s a safe and luxurious area but the villa and the pool are the best part of it. We can’t wait to be back there !

the house is just as it appears in the photos it is a single family with three floors has the patio and the terrace upstairs for the nights and it is quite complete close to Guardamar beach 5 minutes away by car and a kind of park to be able to take the dogs everything very well. Thank you
