La fotos reflejan con exactitud el apartamento, todo muy nuevo y reluciente, la cama cómoda y aire acondicionado que en Murcia siempre es necesario. 10/10

Fabulous stay at Eric's apartment. Host was always very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly, and spoke great English. Apartment easy to find and access. Bedrooms and lounge were brilliant, loads of space. Balcony was first class, with chairs overlooking the beach and above the Pyramid cafe. Linen, beach chairs and all the kitchen extras provided. There were lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and Eric gave us some tips, we particularly liked the tapas bar, El Pimiento, and the restaurant Zoco del mar, which was next to the castle, and had marvellous views over the whole bay. There is a lovely Plaza within 5 minutes, which has lots of cafe's , ice cream bars etc. Apartment was an hour from Murcia airport. The beach is fantastic, literally 1 minute walk down, and swimming in the sea was brilliant. It was generally quiet, and lovely and peaceful, although on a weekend can get a bit busier. A brilliant stay, and one we would definitely come back to.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a fantastic stay and the apartment was in a great location a stones throw away from the beach & shops and had a private entrance which was great and very well equipped for an air b&b. Everything was lovely very clean and such friendly hosts & very flexible and super helpful every step of the way. A great find & good value for money 😃

Firstly we would have no hesitation returning ,close to port 5 mins walk ,5 mins to beach and there is also bolnuevo beach 10 mins drive ,park beside the mushroom shaped stones ,lots of restaurants to choose from ,lovely communal pool also ,overall a very lovely welcoming spanish couple thank you from Carolina and Esteban

Esta todo muy cuidado, tiene el menaje suficiente para la estancia y en general muy bien.

Sentimo-nos muito bem, como em casa. Tem todas as comodidades à disposição. Estadia impecável!

Olga ha sido súper atenta para cualquier cosa que hiciese falta, ha sido flexible para la hora de llegada y el alojamiento ha sido fantástico para pasar unos dias

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Ha sido una estadía estupenda, el apartamento era súper cómodo y fácil de encontrar, súper tranquilo y a muy pocos metros del mar. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Incluso Adolfo ha sido siempre muy amable y ha respondido rápidamente todo, nos lo hemos disfrutado en familia este fin de semana gracias!!!!

Caroline’s place gave us more than we expected, everything about our holiday was fantastic, the house was perfect in every way possible, the two pools, the streams running through the gardens where so relaxing and very well presented. The views from the solarium were fantastic, also everything you could need to relax in the sun are provided to a very high standard. You are a 2 minute walk to a small bar,5 minutes walk to the large supermarket that provided everything that we needed.10 minutes walk to a lot of bars & different restaurants in La Fuente. We stayed for ten days at Caroline’s and that was the only down side of our holiday, we could have stayed way longer. We cannot recommend Caroline’s place highly enough & we will certainly be booking again without hesitation. 10 out of 10

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Vi trivdes väldigt bra under vår vistelse. Lägenheten har ett mycket bra läge, massor av trevliga små restauranger, både lyxiga och lite enklare, på gångavstånd och både stora mataffärer och små närbutiker som har allt, även det på gångavstånd (de närmaste restaurangerna/butikerna ligger på endast någon/några minuters gångavstånd). Ca 9 km till fantastiska stränder i Guardamar, och ca 15 km till Torreviejas lika fina stränder. Det lär gå bussar både till Guardamar och Torreveija från Los Palacios, men då vi hade bil använde vi oss inte av bussarna så jag vet inte säkert, men det kan man ju lätt kolla upp. Har ni cyklar öppnar sig fantastiska möjligheter till fina och trevliga upplevelser i omgivningarna.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

Entrada flexible, apartamento acogedor y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Terraza muy agradable y al lado de la playa. Fuimos dos días y nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht. Nur weniger Meter zum sensationellen Sandstrand. Gute Möglichkeiten sich zu bewegen. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt was fehlte, waren dies Strandhandtücher und 2 Liegen, die man auf dem Balkon und am Strand nutzen könnte - vor allem weil es hier am Strand nachmittags oft sehr windig ist ... Aber so wie ich Dani kennengelernt habe, wird er diese Lücken wohl sehr schnell schließen :-))
