Family-friendly vacation rentals in Murcia

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

Todo perfecto: apartamento muy agradable con todas las comodidades, excelente atención del propietario, ubicación perfecta en una bonita urbanización pegada al campo de golf de La Roda y a centros comerciales, restaurantes, zonas de ocio y playas. Totalmente recomendable. Si hay que poner una pega es que la alcachofa de ducha del baño principal está bastante mal. Por lo demás, totalmente recomendable.

Fabulous stay at Eric's apartment. Host was always very quick to respond to any questions, and very friendly, and spoke great English. Apartment easy to find and access. Bedrooms and lounge were brilliant, loads of space. Balcony was first class, with chairs overlooking the beach and above the Pyramid cafe. Linen, beach chairs and all the kitchen extras provided. There were lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and Eric gave us some tips, we particularly liked the tapas bar, El Pimiento, and the restaurant Zoco del mar, which was next to the castle, and had marvellous views over the whole bay. There is a lovely Plaza within 5 minutes, which has lots of cafe's , ice cream bars etc. Apartment was an hour from Murcia airport. The beach is fantastic, literally 1 minute walk down, and swimming in the sea was brilliant. It was generally quiet, and lovely and peaceful, although on a weekend can get a bit busier. A brilliant stay, and one we would definitely come back to.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Nuestra estancia ha sido una auténtica gozada. Fuimos con nuestros 3 perros y tanto ellos como nosotros disfrutamos de unas vacaciones fantásticas. La villa ofrece todo lo que sale en las fotos . Y Rosa ( la anfitriona) nos ha parecido una buenísima persona, muy agradable , atenta y nos ayudado con todo. Sin duda que repetiremos .

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

John est un hôte très accueillant. La maison est grande et située dans un grand jardin arboré et bien entretenu. La grande piscine a été très appréciée. Pour les pratiquants, un cours de tennis est à disposition.. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, c'est de revenir ! Une place de parking est mise à disposition. Inutile de dire que nous recommandons cet hébergement !

Pasamos una Nochevieja varias familias y dos niños. La casa estaba impecable, limpia y ordenada, es muy amplia y cuenta con baños suficientes. el salón y la cocina permiten la interacción y las reuniones de amigos que es lo que buscábamos. Además el detalle de la decoración navideña le daba un toque hogareño que agradecimos mucho. La chimenea también contribuye a esto. Zona súper tranquila y adecuada para los niños ya que no hay tráfico y sí una cantidad enorme de aire libre. Las terrazas tienen unas vistas increíbles. El pueblo está lo suficientemente cerca por si se necesita cualquier cosa. En fin que estuvimos muy bien y lo pasamos mejor todavía. Gracias M. dolores.

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

Had a great stay in this house with great facilities. Location is also great nearby the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Will come back!

We stayed 12 nights in the Villa. It’s a very clean, spacious an quiet place with a beautiful pool and outside area. The booking and check in was very easy and pleasant, Jane and her local caretakers were very friendly and helpful. We were in touch with them during the entire stay and even though most things were self explanatory, we could call or text them when we needed some help or advice. We had a wonderful time in the Villa and would highly recommend the place to anyone who’s looking for some peaceful time away from the crowded hotspots with family and/or friends.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Great view from the room, lovely clean apartment and the host is very approachable and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

wir waren über Sylvester eine Woche hier… war etwas kühler als erhofft, aber das Haus lässt sich gut heizen, hat alles, was man braucht und ist gemütlich! Die 2 Schaukelstühle auf der Terrasse sind für Raucher natürlich der Knaller :)) Mietwagen ist zwingend nötig, wir waren reiten und natürlich Kartfahren im Club Elche - davon muss ich abraten. 2 Autos mit Motorproblemen, keine Ersatzwagen, dabei waren wir nur 6… sehr enttäuschend. Ansonsten natürlich in der Lazy Cow gebechert und pool gespielt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Odd Ivar und Vivian Lagesen waren sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Bei jedem Anliegen haben sie schnell geantwortet und uns eine Lösung angeboten. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern und grösstenteils sauber. Nur in der Küche waren ein paar Bestecke noch schmutzig, wofür wir jedoch eine Entschädigung von den Gastgebern erhalten haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht besondes gut, da einige Pfannen wegen der beschädigten Beschichtung unbrauchbar waren. Sollte man nicht vorhaben viel zu kochen, kann ich die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Auch der Empfang und die Schlüsselabgabe waren unkompliziert und schnell.
