The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Everything is only a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a walking & cycling path all round the lake which links up to many regional and national cycle ways and gets you into the centre of Winterswijk in about 10 minutes where you can indulge in shopping, culture, food and the local nightlife.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

In the immediate vicinity is the Kernwasserwunderland, the historic city center of Kalkar, Moyland Castle, the Roman city of Xanten and Anholt Castle.

Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere.
