The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

It is 6 miles from downtown Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewer, and many community affairs. It is just a few miles from several lake access points. Plenty of easy maneuvering parking for your boat! This would make a great long term work related stay as well. Sorry, but no pets. Security cameras are on the exterior of home.
