The area is two bedrooms plus a private bathroom and lounge area on the ground floor of our very quiet house which overlooks the bay. You have exclusive use of a large undercover patio with BBQ , which overlooks the garden. You also have 2 TV's, microwave, toaster, hot plates and jug. It is an ideal spot for walking along the foreshore. We are 15 mins walk from the train and 10 mins from the shops .(we do pick up and drop to train). We will do everything possible to make your stay a happy one.

The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

I had a great stay at this place during my trip to the Gold Coast. Everything was more than just good – the cleanliness, comfort, and overall setup exceeded my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the place looked exactly like the photos. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Absolutely amazing stay! The highlight was definitely the balcony — we could watch both the sunrise and sunset right from there, each painting the sky with breathtaking colors. At night, the city lights created a magical view that we couldn’t get enough of. The beach was just a short walk away, making morning strolls and evening beach visits so easy and enjoyable. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Pete was very responsive. Highly recommend this stay — we’ll definitely be back!

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

Thank you Dawn for yet another awesome holiday experience! Coming from the Netherlands this was our 3rd time, for 6 weeks here and we will keep coming back. Dawn is the perfect host, dog lover and we thoroughly enjoyed her friendly company! Everything was very clean and fresh. The location is perfect, with a lot of beautiful birds around. Grocery shopping is a 5 minute drive away to Woolworths and ALDI. Again thank you so much Dawn, cheers Lyn and Bert.

Such a great location. Easy walk to beech & shops . Once you step in to Chris and Garth’s property, you feel like you are already on holiday . Everything is well thought of (down to my own box organiser for my toiletries !) Facility wise everything you need is here; washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ etc & lovely little pool.
