We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Julie was an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The main bed is ultra comfortable, could stay in it all day if it weren't for so many things to see and do. The Thai restaurant downstairs is delicious and the pool kiosk was our go to every morning for breakfast. The games room at the end of the hall was a bonus for our 10 year old. great place to stay for families. Highly recommend.

Great apartment, with fantastic views, in a great location. Walk across the street & you will find a kid friendly park with playground, then just a short stroll to Kirra Beach. Lots of dining options within walking distance or a short trip to nearby areas & even more options. Overall great place for a short break or extended stay.

Wonderful. Appreciated being able to have our support dog with us. Great views. Handy to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Very comfortable. Takeaways and the Myer Centre 500m away. We will definitely visit again.

Very convenient place to stay

My 4 night stay with my parnter was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of adventuring. The area was very private and quiet considering its a unit complex. Extremely happy and grateful for how helpful our hosts were throughout our whole stay ❤️ Highly recommend staying here. + heaps of helpful items left for guests, like a hair dryer that came in handy haha.

Sally was an amazing host, asked for an early check in and she rearranged the cleaner to fit in my request. instructions provided were clear and she was quick to respond to any of my messages. the apartment is clean and beautiful, the view and location is worth it the price. thank you for having me definitely will return.

Karragarra is a very peaceful island with it's own charms. The aboriginal gardens were very nice. Fionas setup was separate from her living space and for most of the time we were unaware of anyone else in the house. Bird life is prolific .Locals cll the island Karra and the ferry services are regular and cheap at 50c a throw The island flower gardens are colourful and well kept and a small time farmer nearby sells honey vegetables and fruit.

A wonderful house to have a holiday. We loved the birds & wallabies they were a bonus to the beautiful natural surroundings. The deck is huge, with a lovely lounge & table & chairs, that's where we spent most of our time. Brisbane is only 30 minutes away. & shops are 5 minutes away. You feel like you are out in the country. The only thing I missed was a bigger bed but otherwise it was perfect. Hayley the host was extremely helpful. Thankyou Hayley for making our holiday great.

Peaceful indeed and private.

It was an absolute pleasure staying in the Taj. Place was just as described and pictured. Louraine was proactive and friendly, which sweetened the whole experience. Would definitely stay there again.

I was there on business. It was appropriate. Drive way in and out with a car can be difficult. It’s a relatively quite neighbourhood. One noisy neighbour on one side. It’s an older home so some investment into modernising the inside would go a long way.

Everything as described and in the photos. Belinda communicated promptly. We used her space after an early morning flight for few hours to wash up and change before a school tour. For the money I paid it was great value too. Thanks Belinda.

I stayed at Bruce's place for 5 weeks, and honestly no complaints what so ever. Place was as advertised, Bruce was super friendly, responsive and the place was clean! Even upon arriving, Bruce would check in, and offer to give tips on the area and offer to pick me up from the train station nearby. It's these little things that matter and make you feel welcome before even arriving at the place In terms of how the 5 weeks went, it was great. Had a nice space for myself to relax after long days of work, and a study area to get work done as well. Kitchen is spacious and clean, same goes towards the other areas Would recommend staying here 5/5

Perfect and private place to stay if you need to be in the area for business or personal reasons. Had everything we needed for our stay and the bed is really comfortable.

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
