Close to some amazing fish and chip shops, tearooms and everything central. A short walk to the beach.There is free on street parking with scratch cards that we provide in the W zones which are within a 5min walk from the flat. There is a pub directly opposite which at weekends you may experience some noise

This design award winning detached property is surrounded by grounds which include a slope which may not be suitable for very young children. With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

We have family in the area, but have never stayed in Yarm. What a delight! There’s an old Norman church up an adjacent footpath, next to a pub serving delicious Thai food. There are footpaths along the Tees, with a large park on the Eaglescliffe side. Restaurants abound, and the energy is palpable. A real treat!

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx

Coffee machine and pods. Fast wifi as well. Walking distance of Norton high street with lots of great eating places. Chris’s communication was very responsive. Thanks for the early check in. A perfect girls’ weekend getaway! We stayed at this lovely cottage for a relaxing girls’ weekend and couldn’t have asked for more. The property is beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking together, and the lounge and snug areas were cosy and comfortable for long chats and relaxing evenings. The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of bathroom space for all of us. Just a 5-minute drive from charming Helmsley, the location was ideal. Lovely welcome gift was left for our arrival – thank you Helen. We would highly recommend this cottage and hope to return again soon!

A lovely stay in this amazing little bolthole in beautiful, characterful Yorkshire. The value for money is, quite frankly, ridiculously good. Anthony is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and we got the impression that both he and Jane really do care about their guests. Small extras like a crockpot, an air fryer and coffee machine are all so useful and make the place feel like a home -from-home. Having a washer & dryer makes everything so easy too - and surprised us for the low price! Everything is very clean too! Parking was easy with the permit and we felt like everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Area is handy for tourists too - Whitby is 30 mins drive away, Robin Hood’s Bay at around 40 mins abc Scarborough at 60 mins. Thank you so much, Anthony and Jane, we’ll be back!

Lovely and calm apartment, very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay while we were in the area to attend a wedding. The record player and nice selection of classical LPs was a great touch! Check in was super easy and with a personal touch, we picked up the keys from Fiona in their cycle shop downstairs, she was lovely! Easy parking close to the flat and short walking distance to the Market Square and Auckland Project museums. Really nice experience overall!
