We have coffee, 8 beds including one king sized, games for the family, toiletries, towels and even a wagon for the beach! Kitchenette stocked with essentials (No stove). Lots of parking available. No stairs to climb inside or out! Basement is cool in the summer and cozy warm in the winter with out in floor heating.
