Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette / anteroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony. The room has a comfortable king-size bed (1,8 m wide), a wardrobe, a dining table and a table for working. The apartment is located in a green and quiet district of Klagenfurt close to lake "Wörthersee" and the University. The infrastructure in the neighborhood is very good and within walking distance. The city center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

This compact , newish, light & cosy appartment-perfectly situated , a little private paradise but still so close to everything.. 5 min from the center, 5 min from the Wörthersee & Stadium and just 30 min from the slo&italian boarder! Train and Busstop a couple 100m's away,aswell as shops and restaurants. If you want a relaxed holiday, just stay a night for a concert or wedding, traveling through or a cycling holiday? Its perfect for everyone , a safe-space for everyone!

Das idyllische Bauernhaus im Grünen ist von Natur, Wald und Wiese umgeben, nur 10-15 Minuten Autofahrt von Klagenfurt und somit vom Wörthersee entfernt. Es bietet fünf Räume: zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, das auch als Schlafzimmer verwendet werden kann, ein großzügiges Badezimmer und eine Küche mit Essbereich. Dazu ein Außenbereich mit Terrasse und eine Wiese zum Entspannen. Es können maximal 6 Leute im Haus übernachten. Ein Gitterbett ist auf Anfrage verfügbar.

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt bei Robin war sehr positiv. Saubere Unterkunft, Top Lage, einfache Kommunikation und freundlicher Gastgeber. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren 6 Nächte im Haus und fanden es sehr schön. Es war bei Fragen immer jemand in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die sehr ruhige Lage und der atemberaubende Ausblick waren fantastisch. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft. Innen war alles neu gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr schnell. Es wäre allerdings gut, wenn man mit dem Auto o.ä. anreist, da wir keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel an der Unterkunft gesehen haben. Aber ca. 2km weit weg ist bereits der nächste Bahnhof und dann auch gleich der schöne See.

Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles, was man für entspannte Tage/Nächte braucht. Alles ist super gepflegt & neuwertig. Die Räume sind hell und sehr nett eingerichtet. Insgesamt fällt aber alles etwas kleiner aus - d.h. bei 4 Personen kanns auf Dauer etwas kuscheliger werden. Der Parkplatz bietet ausreichend Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge.

Merci à Michael et Jutta pour l’accueil prévenant. Le gîte est calme, bien situé , moderne et très propre. Nous avons pu profité de la terrasse lors de notre séjour en été. Nous recommandons fortement pour un séjour dans la région de Carinthie.
