I had a fantastic stay at Justin's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to lots of restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, extra blankets and the local guidebook. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was just as described, the accomodation and location suited us perfectly. Louise was a brilliant host. Easy to get in touch with and answered straight away. Left comprehensive information for the accommodation and the surrounding area. A bonus was the off road parking. A big thank you as well to Louise for getting our washing in when it was raining. 👍 what more could you ask for. ⭐️

Really enjoyed staying in this lovely property, area was quiet and the property comfortable with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. A special touch with a whirlpool bath. Host was really helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay again. I’d recommend this property

Perfect location - central yet peaceful. We felt very secure and relaxed. Check in went smoothly - everything was as advertised and spotlessly clean. Handy parking space available for a car just outside the building. would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in my old home town of Rayleigh, great restaurants all walkable distance. Tiffany has a nice peaceful home here in a great location, the railway station is an easy walk with good and easy access to London if you fancy sightseeing/show etc. well equipped and clean. Great communication with Tiffany. I will book again in my return.
