Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

The Schussental Lodge is a newly furnished, modern attic apartment in the heart of the Schussental. In the immediate vicinity of the Schussen recreational area, with numerous hiking and cycling trails, you can expect a lot of recreation and relaxation. The proximity to Ravensburg, the city of towers and games, and the vineyard with the famous basilica, allow numerous activities with a short journey. Lake Constance is about 20 minutes by car and always worth a trip.

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

The high-quality 35-square-meter studio apartment offers a bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace. You can start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a cozy QUEEN SIZE box spring double bed and a sofa bed (extendable to 1.40 x 2 meters). In the living room you will find a dining area for 3 people as well as a large 40-inch smart TV.
