The sofa quickly becomes a double bed (1m40x2m). Heating with pellet stove. In the bedroom there is a 2-person box spring (1m60x2m). Bathroom: toilet, walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer. 4th room with table football game. Due to Belgian legislation, you must bring your own linen (sheets & towels), pillows and duvet are provided. Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and, for example, the Regina Coeli language institute. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.

Located in the Kempische forests, near Eersel, is this Finnish Kota with private Jacuzzi and wood-fired sauna barrel. Everything has been thought of. The luxurious Italian sofa bed ensures that you can sleep 4 people. The double bed has an extra long mattress so that even the taller people can sleep wonderfully. Walking and MTB trails start at the Kota, and our animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses, alpacas and even a camel) walk around comfortably.
