Dominated by Puy St Romain, the villa is the starting point for many hiking trails. Equipped with a swimming pool, its cozy exterior will allow you to enjoy a chill out area.

The Charade Castle

Welcome to the Château de Charade, a green setting ideally located in the UNESCO perimeter Chaîne des Puys-Faille de Limagne, 15 minutes from the center of Clermont-Ferrand. This 19th century castle, set in a 5000 m2 wooded park with a multisport field (tennis, volleyball, badminton, basketball and handball/football), partly inhabited by the owners, offers a high-end independent space of 320 m2 to accommodate families, friends or seminars, a bucolic atmosphere where life is good.
