Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the homonymous village houses the Prepaulin apartment. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (not possible for 4 adults). The apartment on the first floor is also available: look for it in the listings!

Close to several famous mountain huts and lakes, we offer an apartment composed of a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, a kitchen with wood-burning stove, one double bedroom, living room with bed wardrobe and tv with NETFLIX, terrace, the last room with double bed and bunk bed.

Since we have a very small farm, there is also the possibility to get in touch with our sheep.

It is bright, extremely welcoming - also thanks to the beautiful light wood floor -, pleasant in all seasons: in spring and summer for the warm outdoor light, filtered by the roof windows and the balcony; in the cold season for the charming fireplace with open fire and the view of the snowy meadows.
