Relaxing holiday on the farm in the picturesque Rosental. The apartment is located in the center of Wellersdorf. 3-4 persons will fit In the bedroom there is a double bed and a small sofa bed, in the living room a pull-out couch, which is suitable for either a couple or two small children. This apartment is located very diagonally opposite the beach. From the private terrace you have only a few meters to a public lake access, see photo. Furthermore, you can walk to the supermarket, cafe and restaurants. A vacation completely without a car is possible. Newly added is an approx. 12 m² large room, a kind of conservatory, which makes the apartment more spacious and possibly also offers space for a third person.
