Apartment on the ground floor of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 m above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Ski-in/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and alpine terrain eastwards behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain towards Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. Cozy new cabin

Enjoy yourself with your loved ones in a cozy cabin in Holtardalen. It is newly moved in autumn 2023, and is a good place to be with the family. We use the cabin a lot, but rent it out when we don't have the opportunity to be here ourselves. Put on your skis for alpine or cross-country skiing and walk out of the cabin. 1st floor: hallway, toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room and kitchen 2nd floor: living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with two 120 cm beds in each of the rooms. Perfect for families with children/teenagers. Pets are not allowed.

Guest house

Small guest house with one bedroom centrally located at Rauland Ski Center and cross-country ski slope at Krossbakk. Open living room/kitchen solution. Kitchenette with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower. Electric heating. TV in the living room. Possibility of extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room. Parking on private property right by the cabin. The tenant must clean before departure. Duvets and pillows are available, but you must bring bed linen (sheets, duvet and pillow covers). You must also bring towels yourself.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, firewood and washing up. Newly renovated ground floor apartment in a house on a farm. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.
