Vacation rentals with a patio in Raslina

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Everything was clean and the accommodation is in a very good location, close to the center of Sibenik. We would recommend this listing.

Such a beautiful cosy space. Super clean! Has everything you could need. Such a quiet, beautiful location. 5 minute drive to the old town Šibenik. We stayed for over 2 weeks and felt right at home. Such a pretty balcony to look out & drink wine or have dinner together when we wanted to cook at home. Such a nice modern layout for comfort. Quiet building, neighbours are friendly and respectful. Better if you have a car to explore the city, although Uber is also available! Short distance from the Krka Park, and wineries. The hosts were so well attentive & helped guide us on where to go! The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and shower and beautiful kitchen, which also contained basic ingredients (oil, salt, pepper but also tea and coffee) which was very helpful. The tap water was drinkable. The view from the apartment to the harbor was beautiful and it was possible to enjoy it on the spacious terrace. The beach was really just a few steps away and at the turn of May and April it was completely empty. We can't forget to mention the hostess, Melania, who is the soul of the apartment house and will do everything to make you relax. Thank you very much!

Staying with Ivy was a great time. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, close to the sea and to the restaurant. The room, bathroom and kitchen are clean, the equipment is new, we did not miss anything, and there was even equipment that we did not expect. (toaster) 🙂 From Pirovac close to Zadar and Split I highly recommend and thank you for your hospitality 🙂

Best of Our experience on airbnb. To say that Tomislav is a good host is like saying nothing! Tomislav is always there to help, to meet all expectations of guests, and even exceeds them. We arrived to the apartment very late with a small child, Tomislav himself offered us a ride from the airport and even to our surprise, he "filled" the refrigerator in the apartment. He was always close when we needed it, helped my husband rent a car, he offered rakija, homemade oil, gave tips, extended the checkout time, and above all, devoted his private time to make our stay even better. The apartment itself is located in a quiet area overlooking the sea. Everything is new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. An additional advantage is the great terrace with a breakfast table, rest and even sun loungers. It is worth adding that on the ground floor of the building you can use the washing machine for free, which is a really big amenity for families with children. We will definitely be back

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean, despite several parties you always had your peace by the pool. The hostess was very helpful and always available. The value for money was therefore very good. I would come back any time!

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

Everything was perfect, only the services and restaurants in Jadrija are not open in September.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The vacation home is fantastic. the location, the Ppol, and very quiet. It is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - and more. The hosts are very friendly, we felt welcome right away. Despite a late arrival due to flight delay, we were warmly welcomed personally. The neighbors, the parents of the landlords are also very dear people! From the house you can take nice walks. 100% recommendation and thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Outstanding small villa for great value, the location is peaceful and private with the enterance on the ocean. We loved our stay and the nice walks alone the coast. Daniel was very helpful, we asked for a recommendation for local olive oil, he hand delivered a bottle from a friend of his, which was of excellent quality. I highly recommend staying in this tranquil place!

We enjoyed our stay. Kristijan is a good host. If we had any question , he respond very quick. We're enjoyed time in pool and Whirlpool. It was fun for our childs. They loved it. After a half day trip, they jumped in there, all the time. On a rainy day , was nice to have the play station.

We had a fantastic time. Cottage met all our requirements. The family was always there when help was needed. Gave us privacy and Natalija gave us nice information for the area. We have benefited a lot. Completely relaxed.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

I would recommend the place to anyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it's a maximum of 2 minutes walk. Nearby is the promenade at the beach bars and restaurants, you could also bring dogs everywhere. Price-performance was great

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

Wonderful place with a friendly host!

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can enjoy all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts despite not being on site has always been immediate. The only drawback is that it's so relaxing that the urge to move around the location is so relaxing. Super Recommended !
