Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

The location was great! There is a market right downstairs and places to eat very close by. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and I loved the very secure lock on the door. It was the perfect size for just me, but am sure it would be fine for two.

Pretty, lovingly decorated townhouse with airy gallery and large patio - perfect for our group (4 adults + 2 kids). We were thrilled and felt comfortable right away. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented, and always responded within a very short time. Small note: The bed or mattress in the lockable bedroom is quite hard - perfect for me, but my partner was rather too hard. Depends very much on the personal preference.

The host is very friendly and always accessible for questions. The space is far better than the pictures say. The location is very quiet and very central. Will be happy to book this place again.

We went for a family weekend and the house was perfect! We loved it 😊 From the comfort of the outdoor space, to all the details of the house's decoration. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the rooms are great in size and the barbecue area is amazing! Carlos' communication and friendliness made the experience 10/10!

Exceptional! Samuel was perfect as well as his property, we can't wait to go back! We could see how much his property meant to him, you can go for it if you love nature and the incredible view from the pool. Special big up to Victor who took us to Lisbon on Airbnb and made recommendations, we are very happy to have met him!
