Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.

However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

The lighted screened porch and open deck sit above the west creek near the banks of the Middlefork River -- enjoy nature at its midwestern best. This home is surrounded by oaks, maples, and walnut trees, so the birds are all around, along with other wildlife. Down the hill is the Middlefork, designated as a "National Scenic River".

Our space is a sunny bonus room located above the garage of our home which is situated on a beautiful piece of property on the edge of town. Private entrance to the property includes a slightly steeper than normal staircase. Once inside, you will find a large area that includes two double beds, a recliner, work desk, dresser, Smart TV w/ Roku. The large bathroom (shower only) includes fridge, microwave, & K-Cup w/Starbucks coffee pods. Space not suitable for young children. No pets.

J&E Homestead--spacious home in the country!!

Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

Ashley is a fantastic host; responsive, proactive, and helpful! The house was as described, and had all the extras that I value: tissue, earplugs, luggage racks, extra remote batteries, etc. Each room had comfy furniture along with great novels and coffee table books, games and DVDs for all ages. We opened the fridge to find a wonderful charcuterie board. What a nice surprise! Ashley was very accommodating with our special requests. The house and location make for a relaxing getaway, and I hope to return in the future.

Nadia’s place was perfect for what we needed. We needed a place just to sleep for the night. I am 5’2 and my partner is 6’3 so just be careful going in/out. Would stay again for a quick trip/looking for somewhere to sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming one-bedroom retreat! The space was perfectly curated and beautifully decorated—every detail felt thoughtful and inviting. It was also spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. A true gem— we were in town for our son’s Univ of IL graduation. If we find ourselves in the area again, we’d love to come back to Ryan’s place.

We stayed at this lovely guest house for a graduation weekend. Beautifully decorated, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood with a lush backyard, just as described. Minimalistic yet fully equipped for a short stay. The bathroom and kitchen were adorable. Andy was great—super responsive, with easy check-in/check-out. Highly recommend this beautiful place!
