The apartment is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for a 4th bed as an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 150 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. In the half-timbered house, a carefully built former school storage, there are two bedrooms for a total of four people on two floors and an open kitchen in the fireplace room. For a relaxing stay, the rural-style rooms were built and lovingly furnished with ecological building materials. Enjoy the lake panorama from the windows and on your doorstep. The former Gutsdorf Pulow is a secret place on the mainland strip of the natural park "Insel Usedom".

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The approx. 140 m², bright holiday home has a spacious living-dining area with cozy couch and smart TV, fireplace, dining table and an open kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and barbecue.
