The Peenestrom stream is only about 50 m away (bathing area about 1.6 km). The house was completely renovated in the years 2021 to 2022 and newly equipped with high-quality furniture. * Other listings can also be booked for the other apartment on the ground floor (100m² for 6 pers. + 2x extra bed) and the entire house (2 WE).

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.
