It is a building like a completely independent duplex. This is a cozy 1LDK rental. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The building is new and simple. The room is a 1LDK and can accommodate up to 2 people. The host lives in the house next door. It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. 20-minute drive to each of Niseko's ski resorts and a large supermarket. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (roadside station). You can check in and check out by self check-in. There are no stations, bus stops, or shops within walking distance. It is a place where you definitely need a car to go shopping, to restaurants, or to go skiing. Pets are allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. *From 2027, it will only be open in winter. *The "Accommodation Tax" introduced in Niseko Town and Hokkaido, as well as the "Airbnb Accommodation Fee" for stays after September 15, 2026, are included in the accommodation fee.
